eSIM Go separates its B2B platform and Breeze consumer brand into standalone businesses to sharpen customer focus

Each gains the freedom to move faster in its own market, building on continuing growth and renewed investment in 2026

LONDON, UK – 3rd November 2026 – eSIM Go, a pioneer in digital mobile services, today announced that Breeze, its premium D2C travel eSIM brand, now operates as a separate business alongside eSIM Go. The separation lets each focus fully on its own customers and move faster in its own market. Both businesses sit within eSIM Go Group.

Both businesses have grown strongly, and renewed investment this year is expanding their respective technology and market capabilities. eSIM Go is the B2B platform that brands in travel, fintech, mobile and other sectors use to launch and run their own mobile services, including enabling new MVNOs to launch in the UK. Breeze sells Travel eSIM bundles directly to frequent travellers. Each now runs its own product, trading and go-to-market, supported by shared business functions.

For eSIM Go, the separation means a sharper focus on its two core markets, Travel eSIM and UK MVNO enablement, and on the partners it works with in each. For Breeze, it means the freedom to shape its product, pricing and launches around the travellers it serves directly and in partnership with major brands including Uswitch, Wizz Air and Lufthansa Group.

Both markets are growing quickly. Opensignal found that travel eSIM use among global users nearly doubled in the year to Q2 2026, while traditional roaming declined.1 In the UK, FDM CCS Insight expects MVNO connections to grow by 51% between 2026 and 2031, taking virtual operators from around 23% of the market to more than 30%.2

Zacc Couldrick, CEO of eSIM Go, said: “Separating eSIM Go and Breeze is an important step for both businesses. Each is growing strongly, and we’re expanding our technology and our reach in the markets that matter most to us. We’re doubling down on Travel eSIM and UK MVNO, the two markets where we’ve built real strength, and on the partners who help us grow in both. Where the right opportunities arise, we’ll also look at acquisitions that strengthen our position in each.

The separation lets eSIM Go and Breeze each move faster for their own customers, with the same platform and shared business functions behind them. Our ambition is to keep growing profitably, go beyond connectivity and become the platform brands build and run their mobile businesses on.”

Rob Carter, Managing Director of Breeze, said: “Running as our own business gives Breeze the freedom to move faster for the travellers who use us, while working closely alongside eSIM Go. As one of eSIM Go’s solutions partners, we also give travel and lifestyle brands an easy way to offer mobile, under our brand or co-branded on a simple refer-and-earn basis.”

Partners at the centre

eSIM Go’s partner promise of making it easy to win with mobile has helped more than 400 organisations worldwide. Building on that base, it is now concentrating on fewer, deeper partnerships so it can work more closely with each. Many of its partners work with eSIM Go directly. Its solutions partners offer another route, for brands that would like a specialist alongside them, helping them build, run and sell their entire mobile service on the eSIM Go platform. This gives brands more choice in how they launch, and lets eSIM Go reach more of them while maximising the depth of support each partner receives.

The approach is already paying off in eSIM Go’s MVNO business, which has supported 12 brand launches since going live with Vodafone Three in 2025. Eight of those came through solutions partners, who bring the operational expertise and technology that make launching faster and less risky. Developed over several years, the solutions partner model now accounts for the majority of eSIM Go’s recent wins, and eSIM Go will expand the programme further, with more to share in the coming months.
