Pricing questions.
What does the monthly top-up commitment actually mean?
It’s how much you need to top up your account balance each month to access that specific pricing tier. You spend that balance on mobile plans and bundles for your customers; there’s no separate subscription fee. After the first 3-month ramp, the commitment is measured quarterly, so a low month can be offset by a strong one.
How do I move between tiers?
To get access to a particular tier, you need to average that tier’s monthly top-up commitment over 3 months. Because it’s measured quarterly, short-term dips are fine. For example, if you’re on Gold and over the previous quarter you don’t average a minimum of $100,000 per month, you would be moved to Silver. But it works the other way too. If you’re on Gold and have a run of great months where you average over $250,000 each month, you would get access to Platinum.
Can we start small?
Small is fine but you need a reasonable plan and budget to really win with mobile. That’s why Standard’s minimum for the first three months is $10,000. Every dollar of that is credit you spend on mobile plans rather than a fee to us. Budget $30,000 and give it a proper 90-day run to test your business case. If that’s nowhere near your plan, working with one of our solutions partners might be a great option for you.
