eSIM Go has added Mobileum’s Global Roamer® to its tech stack; another element to enhance our telco-grade infrastructure and safeguard quality of experience (QoE) for our partners and their customers.
Global Roamer® is the most extensive platform for end-to-end testing and monitoring of SIM and eSIM roaming products, allowing us to manage global quality standards for all mobile services, anywhere. We are leveraging it to safeguard QoE throughout the product lifecycle – ahead of launching new services, in real-time as services are in operation, and to evaluate performance optimization opportunities retrospectively.
