eSIM Go are finalists for two Channel Champions Awards

We're proud to share that eSIM Go is a double finalist at this year's Channel Champions Awards, recognized in two categories: Service Provider Sales & Account Management Team of the Year, and Service Provider Technical Support & Engineering Team of the Year.

The shortlist follows another year of global expansion. Our teams have worked hard to deliver real value to partners across more than 100 countries, and a few highlights stand out.

Engineering progress. We've kept up a weekly release cadence focused on platform stability, new functionality, and giving partners more self-serve control. Headline launches included our UK MVNO enablement proposition and pioneering eSIM Branding capabilities, which keep our partners' brands (not the carrier's) visible on the handset.

Technical Support. Our Technical Support sub-group hit a self-resolution rate above 98%, fixing issues at the source so partners don't have to absorb the complexity. The team also built proactive systems that protect partners and end users before incidents occur.

Sales and Account Management. The team kept Partner NPS at 60 and Customer NPS at 61 through a year of significant product expansion. They took our UK MVNO enablement proposition from concept to live commercial use with the first cohort of partners, all while navigating competitive pricing pressure.

The thread running through all of this is the deliberate choice to build partner capability. Real-time subscriber intelligence means partner support agents can diagnose issues themselves, technical knowledge sharing means partner teams build first-line skills when new products launch, and the day-to-day work of our commercial team focuses on making each partner's business easier to run. The goal is the same in every case: give partners the tools, information and support they need to move faster on their own.
