eSIM Go shortlisted for two MVNOs World Awards

We're shortlisted in two categories at this year's MVNOs World Awards: eSIM Trailblazer of the Year and MVNE/A of the Year.

Both nominations point to the same story. The UK MVNO market is opening up to a new generation of brands, and the way we've built our platform is helping them get there faster.

What got us on the list

Two product capabilities are doing the heavy lifting in both entries.

eSIM Branding. Traditional eSIMs display the underlying carrier's name on the handset, which gives partner brands an identity crisis at the moment of activation. Our branding feature lets UK MVNO partners customize the install name, network name and SMS ID that appears on the device, so the partner's brand stays front-of-mind.

Real-Time Subscriber Intelligence. Our direct integration with the Vodafone UK network gives partners live visibility into every eSIM they sell, covering installations, transactions, and data consumption as they happen. No middleware delays, no waiting on carrier responses. Support teams can see what's going on and fix it.

Together, these give partners the kind of brand control and operational visibility that used to be reserved for major MNOs, without the capital outlay or the long network commitments that historically kept new brands out.

The shortlistings reflect work we've done with a growing roster of UK partners, including ZIM Connections, Tekmoni, Loopdl, SecondSIM, Faith Mobile, and Symu.

Giulia Acchioni Mena, Co-founder and COO at ZIM Connections, on the speed of the platform: "The simplicity and speed of eSIM Go's platform allowed us to bypass traditional barriers, enabling us to offer a more seamless and personalized experience."

The numbers behind the nominations
  • Under 48 hours from initial engagement to live sales for one partner
  • 93% of consumer contacts resolved in under 15 minutes, because support agents have live access to subscriber data
  • Multiple brand profiles under one account, so partners with their own B2B strategy are catered for too
Why it matters

Launching a UK MVNO used to mean massive capital, rigid volume commitments, and a long wait. That kept non-telecom brands such as fintechs, charities and other smaller businesses out of the market entirely.

We've spent the past year removing those barriers. The two shortlistings are a sign that the model is working and that the market is ready for what comes next: connectivity treated not as a commodity, but as a core extension of a brand's own customer experience.

Thanks to the MVNOs World team for the nominations, and to the eSIM Go team and every partner whose work made this possible. Winners are announced at the awards ceremony, more soon.
